Order Cancelation
You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, however we understand if for any reason you are not satisfied and we will gladly provide a refund. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@saryacouturemakeup.com within 14 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price. SARYA products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately at this moment we are unable to process exchanges so all returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.
Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
Please make sure you will include in your return package the RETURN FORM that you can download from here.
